Vitamin and Supplements - Vitamin and supplements are over counter food/pills for our bodies which are supposed to help us get the correct or adequate amount of nutrients we need for our daily nutritional requirements. The population is divided on the subject of vitamins, some believe in taking vitamins and some believe in not taking them. Doctors are also divided on this subject as well, some doctors encourage their patients to take them for better health and some are against them. Most vitamin companies push the word natural for their vitamins. If a vitamin is not natural it may not be readily absorbed into the blood stream, so its been advised to take natural over synthetic vitamins.
